Referral Program Terms

1. Overview

Flyte ("we," "us," or "our") offers the Flyte Referral Program (the "Program") to reward existing guests ("Referrers") for introducing new guests ("Referees") to Flyte. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Flyte Referral Program Terms (the "Terms") as well as Flyte's General Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Definitions

  • Flyte Credits Promotional credits issued by Flyte that may be applied toward eligible Flyte charter bookings.
  • Qualifying Flight The Referee's first completed, paid Flyte flight booked via an eligible Flyte account.
  • Referral Link / Code The unique link or code provided to the Referrer to invite Referees.

3. Eligibility

Referrers must maintain an active Flyte account in good standing.

Referees must:

  • Be new to Flyte (have never previously created a Flyte account or booked a Flyte flight); and
  • Create their account using the Referrer's valid Referral Link or Code.

Both Referrer and Referee must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. Employees, contractors, and agents of Flyte or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

  1. Share your Referral Link or Code with friends, family, or professional contacts.
  2. Sign Up the Referee must sign up for Flyte using the Referral Link or Code.
  3. Book and Fly the Referee must complete a Qualifying Flight within 12 months of account creation.
  4. Receive Credits within 72 hours after the Qualifying Flight lands, Flyte Credits will be deposited into both the Referrer's and Referee's Flyte wallets.

5. Referral Rewards

  • Reward Amount USD $1,000 in Flyte Credits issued to both Referrer and Referee.
  • Reward Cap Unless otherwise specified in writing, Referrers may earn a maximum of USD $20,000 (20 successful referrals) in Flyte Credits per calendar year.
  • Stacking Multiple Referral Credits may be combined with other Flyte Credits but may not exceed the total cost of the eligible booking.

6. Flyte Credits

  • Redemption Credits may be applied to the base charter price of Flyte flights booked directly with Flyte. Credits cannot be used toward taxes, airport fees, catering, de-icing, or other ancillary charges.
  • Expiration Credits expire 12 months after the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. Expired Credits have no value and cannot be reinstated.
  • Non-Transferable Credits may not be sold, exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined between separate Flyte accounts.
  • No Cash Value Credits are promotional and have no cash-equivalent value.

7. Restrictions and Limitations

  • Self-referrals are prohibited.
  • Referral Links or Codes may not be published on deal sites, public forums, or paid advertising channels without prior written consent from Flyte.
  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

Flyte reserves the right to withhold or revoke Credits, suspend accounts, or disqualify participants if we determine, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior has occurred. Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Creation of duplicate or fake accounts;
  • Bulk email or spam solicitation;
  • Misrepresentation of Flyte services;
  • Any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Modification and Termination

Flyte may modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Any unredeemed Credits will expire upon termination of the Program.

10. Liability

Flyte will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program. Flyte's total liability to any participant shall not exceed USD $1,000.

11. Taxes

Participants are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to Credits received under the Program.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
