Do I need an account to book?

No account is required to start. You enter your email during checkout and verify it with a one-time code. Your account is created automatically. If you've flown with us before, the same process signs you back in.

How do I book a flight?

Book entirely online at flyflyte.com in a few minutes. Choose your origin and destination, pick a date and time, add your passengers, review the price, sign the charter agreement, and pay. No phone calls required.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We accept bookings up to 12 months out. Same-day bookings are available when aircraft are available, though we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time.

Can I book a round trip?

Yes. When booking you can choose one-way or round trip. Round-trip pricing is simply 2x the one-way fare. No premium for the return leg.

Can I fly a route that is not listed?

Yes. If your origin and destination are within Vision Jet range (roughly 600 nautical miles), we can quote and book a custom route. The price is calculated based on distance during the booking flow.

Can I change my booking after it is confirmed?

How is pricing determined?

Predetermined routes have fixed one-way prices listed on our routes page. Custom routes are priced by distance at a base rate plus a per-nautical-mile fee. In both cases, the price is per aircraft, not per seat.

Is the price per person or per aircraft?

Per aircraft. You charter the entire Vision Jet for up to 4 passengers. Whether you fly solo or fill every seat, the price is the same.

What is included in the price?

The charter price covers the flight, the pilot, and all standard landing fees. Major airport fees (at select high-traffic airports) and overnight fees (for round trips requiring the aircraft to stay overnight) are itemized separately and shown before you pay.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your card is not charged until you confirm the booking.

What are Flyte Credits?

Credits are promotional funds in your Flyte account that can be applied to reduce the cost of a booking. You earn credits through our referral program or partner offers. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and expire 12 months after issuance.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link with a friend who has never flown with Flyte. When they book their first flight, they receive $1,000 off automatically at checkout. Once that booking is confirmed, you earn $1,000 in Flyte Credits added to your account. Both rewards apply to your next booking.

What aircraft does Flyte operate?

Flyte exclusively operates the Cirrus Vision Jet (SF50), the world's most advanced single-engine personal jet. Every aircraft in our fleet is owned and maintained by Flyte to our own standards.

How many passengers can fly?

The Vision Jet seats up to 4 passengers plus the pilot. If your group is larger, contact us and we may be able to coordinate multiple flights.

Is the Vision Jet safe?

The Vision Jet is the safest jet of its type. It is the only jet equipped with a whole-aircraft parachute system (CAPS) that can deploy and safely lower the entire aircraft in an emergency. It also features Garmin Autoland, which can autonomously land the aircraft at the nearest suitable airport if the pilot becomes incapacitated.

What is CAPS?

CAPS stands for Cirrus Airframe Parachute System. It is a ballistic parachute built into the airframe that can be activated by the pilot to lower the entire aircraft safely to the ground. It has saved hundreds of lives across the Cirrus fleet and is standard on every Flyte aircraft.

Who are Flyte's pilots?

All Flyte pilots hold FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificates and are type-rated and current in the Vision Jet. We conduct ongoing recurrent training and hold our pilots to standards that exceed FAA Part 135 requirements.

Is Flyte FAA certified?

Yes. Flyte operates under an FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate. This is the same certification required of commercial charter operators and is a higher standard than Part 91 private operations.

Where do I check in?

All flights depart from Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), which are private aviation terminals at the airport. There are no TSA lines, no crowded terminals. Arrive 15 minutes before departure, check in at the FBO desk, and walk directly to the aircraft.

A Fixed Base Operator is a private terminal at an airport used exclusively by private and general aviation. Think of it as the private jet lounge: comfortable seating, complimentary refreshments, and a direct walk to your aircraft. No security theater.

Do I need to check in before my flight?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to complete pre-flight check-in online. This is where you submit passenger weights, dates of birth, and any luggage details. We need this information at least 24 hours before departure for weight and balance calculations.

What should I bring?

A valid government-issued photo ID for all passengers 18 and over. The Vision Jet has a rear baggage compartment that accommodates carry-on sized bags (approximately 22 x 14 x 9 inches, under 30 lbs each). Soft-sided bags are easier to fit. Overpacking is the most common mistake.

Is there a luggage limit?

The Vision Jet has a baggage compartment with limited capacity. As a rule of thumb: one carry-on sized soft bag per passenger. Heavier loads also affect weight and balance, so exact limits depend on the number of passengers and their weights. We review this at pre-flight check-in.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Small dogs and cats are welcome on board. Add your pet during booking and we will note it in your reservation. Pets must remain in the cabin with you, as there is no separate cargo hold.

We do not provide catering on board. Most FBOs have complimentary coffee, water, and snacks in their lounge. For longer flights, we recommend bringing your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 96 hours before departure receive a full refund less a 5% processing fee. Cancellations between 24 and 96 hours receive a 50% travel credit valid for 12 months. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. See our full cancellation policy for details.

What happens if Flyte cancels my flight?

If we cancel for weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will be offered a rebooking on the next available aircraft at no extra charge, a full travel credit valid for 12 months, or a full cash refund. The pilot in command has final authority on safety-related decisions.
