Cancellation Policy
Flyte operates on-demand charter flights on Cirrus Vision Jets. The rules below apply to all confirmed bookings.
How to cancel or change a booking
Contact the Flyte team directly at info@flyflyte.com or (212) 228-3482. Cancellations and changes are not self-service. We will confirm any refund or credit in writing before it is processed.
Refund and credit windows
Because each booking reserves an aircraft and crew, cancellation windows are measured from your scheduled departure time.
| Time before departure | What happens |
|---|---|
| 7+ days | 90% cash refund to the original payment method, or 100% Flyte credit — your choice. Less any non-recoverable third-party costs. |
| 72 hours to 7 days | 75% Flyte credit, valid for 12 months. No cash refund. |
| 24 to 72 hours | 50% Flyte credit, valid for 12 months. No cash refund. |
| Under 24 hours, repositioning begun, or no-show | No refund or credit. The booking is forfeited. |
Weather and operational cancellations
If Flyte cancels or materially reschedules a flight for weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will be offered one of:
- Rebooking on the next available Vision Jet at no extra charge.
- A Flyte credit for the full value of the reservation, valid for 12 months.
The pilot in command has final authority on any safety-related cancellation.
Credits
Travel credits are applied to your Flyte account and shown in your dashboard under Referrals & credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from the date they are issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Partner and promotional bookings
Bookings made through a partner campaign or promotional offer may carry additional terms. Those terms are disclosed at booking and supersede this policy where they conflict.
