Cancellation Policy

Flyte operates on-demand charter flights on Cirrus Vision Jets. The rules below apply to all confirmed bookings. Changes and cancellations are never self-service; the Flyte team will apply the correct refund or travel credit when you reach out.

How to cancel or change a booking

From your trip detail page in the dashboard, tap Message the Flyte team, or contact us directly at info@flyflyte.com or (212) 228-3482. We respond within one business day and will confirm any refund or credit before it is processed.

Refund and credit windows

Because each booking reserves an aircraft and crew, cancellation windows are measured from your scheduled departure time.

Peak dates

Bookings for travel in December and January, or within seven days before or after Presidents' Day, Easter, Passover, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or the Super Bowl, are non-refundable once confirmed. A travel credit may be offered at Flyte's discretion.

Weather and operational cancellations

If Flyte cancels or materially reschedules a flight for weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will be offered one of:

  • Rebooking on the next available Vision Jet at no extra charge.
  • A travel credit for the full value of the reservation, valid for 12 months.
  • A full cash refund to the original payment method if a travel credit does not work for your plans.

The pilot in command has final authority on any safety-related cancellation.

Credits

Travel credits are applied to your Flyte account and shown in your dashboard under Referrals & credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from the date they are issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Partner and promotional bookings

Bookings made through a partner campaign or promotional offer may carry additional terms. Those terms are disclosed at booking and supersede this policy where they conflict.
